JMI Distance Education Admission 2023: The admission application portal of Jamia Milia Islamia University distance education will be open soon for the July 2023 session, and the expected last date for submission of the online application form will be 10 August 2023. Students have to submit online applications through the official website. The application form fee is Rs 500 for Admission in 2023.

Students have to be updated regularly through the official website. All UG PG & Diploma Courses are available for admission but have differentiation based on eligibility and fee.  Students will be able to apply at the official website.

JMI Distance Education Admission 2023

In this regard, JMI Distance Education announced that the application forms for admission into the non-entrance-based courses in the university had been released, and the university announced the deadline for applying for admission. There are two ways students can be admitted to the JMI CDOL certificate, diploma, degree, and postgraduate degree programs: through entrance or non-entrance (directly). 

JMI CDOE entrance exams are conducted for B.Ed and MBA professional programs. The entrance test dates are to be announced in the second week of August. B.Ed and MBA application fees are INR 700, but for other programs, the fees are INR 500. Candidates who have been shortlisted will be asked to deposit JMI CDOE first semester fee.

JMI Distance Education UG Admission 

JMI CDOE Admission 2023 last date for session 2023-24 in various UG courses is expected to be 10 August 2023. All aspiring students for admission must fill out the application form listed by the university on its official website.

JMI CDOE UG Admission 2023 attracts individuals to specialized degree, certificate, and diploma programs. The Jamia UG admission opens for CIT, CCHNT, DECCE, BBA, BCIBF, BCOM, and more. JMI CDOE shall ask individuals to appear for the university common entrance test who eye on admission.

Candidates who have cleared the JMI CDOE UG entrance exam must be requested to attend the counselling session. Before admission is finalized, all the information that has been filled out and submitted will be checked. However, a confirmation of acceptance is contingent on the payment of the fee deposit (both admission and semester), which is required for each JMI CDOE UG programme.

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

• BBA is a three-year-long course in the field of Business.
• 10+2 class of study, similar to business, is required to pursue the BBA distance degree.

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)

• Distance education is also offered for the B.Com degree course under graduation.
• The total time period required for pursuing this distance course is about 3 years.

BEd Special

• The Bachelor of Education course is meant to educate aspiring teachers. The students enrolled in the course are taught how to behave with children and help them to understand child psychology.
• The students also learn how to teach any complex topic effortlessly. To apply for the course, students must pass the graduation with a minimum of 55 % marks.

JMI Distance BEd Admission:

The BED program under JMI Distance education is offered based on the university’s performance in the entrance test every year. Only eligible candidates may appear in the entrance test and must secure a minimum of 33 percent marks entrance test to qualify for the merit list. 

• The program evolves individual character by theory and with the help of practice to educate about several aspects required in teaching.
• Candidates here will associate with management skills starting with pedagogy (Primary) and going to the youth.
• Impart education of contemporary India, and enhance writing and communication skills related to this program.
• The course develops a leadership role in the learner.
• The BED course fee for the two-year duration is INR 30,000, and candidates may seek admission in the program with minimum eligibility of 50% in their concerned stream of graduation.

Jamia Milia Islamia Distance Education BEd Eligibility

The minimum eligibility criteria to apply for admission to the BEd distance education course at JMI are as Follows:

• A Bachelor’s degree in science/commerce/social science/humanities with at least 50% marks is required to make eligible for admission.
• SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates can get 5% relaxation marks in minimum eligibility criteria.
• All the applicants must appear in the entrance test conducted by JMI CDOE.

JMI Distance Education PG Admission

JMI Distance Education offered various PG courses. The students who aspire to get admission into a PG course need to fill out the application form before the last date. In the JMI CDOE admission to various PG, programs are offered like the MA, MCom, MBA, etc., in multiple specializations.

Also, the admission selection is through merit scores, and there are no entrance tests designed for any PG programs. The distance courses of JMI distance education are considered to be professional ones. Students are required to wait for the recent admissions because the admissions are not yet started and admission dates will soon be announced.

MCom

• M.Com, a master’s degree course has a duration of two years. There are 4 semesters in this course.
• The entry requirements do not include the process of entrance exams, thus direct admissions are offered.

MBA

• MBA or Masters of Business Administration can be taken by students who have completed BBA or other UG degrees.
• It is a two-year PG distance program for which the entries are entirely merit-based.
• The eligibility criteria do not include age restrictions.

MA

• Specializations: Education, Human Resource Management, History, English, Public Administration, Sociology, Political Science, etc.
• Students can complete the PG-level degree in 2 years.
• A Bachelor of the relevant stream from a reputable University with sufficient scores has to be attained to apply.

MSc

• Candidates must be graduates from a recognized University with sufficient marks required to take admitted to JMI.
• The total time duration of this programme is 2 Years.
• The fee for this programme is approx 30500

Post Graduate Diploma in Geoinformatics (PGDGI)

Geoinformatics has played a significant role in today’s life. The students of this course learn about GIS photogrammetry, GPS, its acquisition, and management. The applicant must have completed the graduation degree in one of the following subjects BTech ( Telecommunications / Electrical /Computer Science / Electronics / Instrumentation).

Applications at JMI distance education accept admissions through online mode. The offline mode is also available for students who want to take admissions for any of the programs available at this university. Students need to verify all the documents before enrolling for admission.

There is however no need to worry, as the university’s official website will soon begin accepting applications. There is a clear explanation of the admissions guidelines and instructions provided. All of the programs require an application fee of 500 rupees to be paid in order to apply.
