Kashmir University Distance Learning students are demanding the change of examination timings due to the very harsh winters in the early morning. As the Kashmir region is frigid and the winters here are unbearable, students are requesting that the timings of the examination, which is 10 am, should be changed to a little late so that students can come quickly without being late.
Also, students raised the issue that the examinations were supposed to commence in August. Students have been very particular about the exams. Still, the university did not respond, and now students have been given the circulation of 26th November 2021 commencement of exam and timing are from 10 am, as it is difficult to reach at 10 am in chilled winters.
This request has been heard, but the officials said that only the exam controller could change the examination timing.
