SSUS Distance Education?: As per UGC guidelines, Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit is not offering any distance program for the 2023 session. SSUS regular mode admission is expected to start soon for the session 2023. The university provides various regular UG and PG Programs. Students who wish to apply for admission will apply online through the University website www.ssus.ac.in. A printout of the online application and the fee are required for the entrance examination. MA, MSc, and Diploma entrance fees are Rs 150/-, and Rs 300/- for the MSW and MFA.

SSUS was established in 1993 and is located in Kalady, Kerala. It is one of the famous cultural universities of India that the government of India set up to preserve the Sanskrit language. SSUS Distance Education Admission?

Note: According to UGC rules, a distance learning program is not being offered at SSUS for the academic year 2023-24. Regular mode of learning is available for students.

For the academic year 2023, the Main Center and numerous regional centers of Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit, Kalady are accepting online applications from qualified applicants for enrollment in regular postgraduate courses like MSc/MA/MFA/MSW/MPES and PG Diploma Programs.

The doors of regular undergraduate programs at SSUS will soon be open. Aspirants will get a notification related to the same on the official portal of the university. General candidates are required to pay a fee of INR 150. However, SC/ST candidates are allowed to deposit a fee of INR 50.

SSUS Distance Education UG Admission?

The Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit is offering BA and BFA courses at the UG level in regular learning mode. BA course has specializations like Sanskrit Sahitya, Sanskrit General, Sanskrit Nyaya, Sanskrit Vedanta, Sanskrit Vyakarana, etc. BFA or Bachelor of Fine Arts has three specializations including Painting, Mural Painting, and Sculpture. 

To be eligible for admission to these UG courses, students should have passed the 12th class from any recognized board. Admission to UG programs will be based on merit score.

BA: Bachelor of Arts is one of the most popular courses at the university among arts students. The duration of the course is 3 years at the UG level. admission to the BA course will be based on the previous educational marks of the student. One can enroll in the course after completing their 12th class education.

SSUS Distance Education PG Admission?

The application deadline for the SSUS DDE PG program has passed. For departments of arts, science, social work, etc., SSUS PG admission will start in 2023 at the PG degree and PG diploma levels. Numerous alternatives are available to candidates, including the MA, MSC, MSW, MFA, PG Diploma in Hindi, PG Diploma in Wellness & Spa Management, and more. There will be an entrance exam for students applying to SSUS PG programs.

The MA, MSC, and PG Diploma in Hindi application fee is INR 150. Individuals who go for the MSW, and MFA programs will need to pay INR 300. However, the aspirants need to pay INR 500 for the PG Diploma in Wellness and Spa Management program. Candidates can deposit the entrance test fee either online or with SSUS Challan receipts drawn at any branch of the UBI.

MSW: Master of Social Work is a PG course with a duration of 2 years. Students can secure admission to MSW courses through the merit list criteria. To get admission to this course, students should have a relevant UG (BSW) degree.

M.PHIL: Students can apply for admission in this program after completing any master’s level degree from any UGC-recognized university in India.

SSUS Distance Education Application Form?

Candidates must submit their applications online through the university’s website at www.ssus.ac.in/ www.ssusonline.org if they wish to be considered for admission to various undergraduate, and postgraduate level programs of the university. The Heads of the Authorities Concerned with Programs at the Main Campus shall receive a hard copy of the application form submitted with the requisite fee. The general category will have to pay a fee of INR 150. In contrast, students who belong to backward and special categories can deposit INR 50.

SSUS Distance Education Eligibility Criteria?

For SSUS admission, applicants must be 18 years old or older and have a high school education or the equivalent. Here are the requirements to take a course at Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit.

Students can visit the online portal of the University and check their examination results. Students can go to the homepage of the website. Then go to the “Student Tab” zone. Tap on the result link and download the link of the result. The result will shown on the screen.
